Terms of service

Last updated September 23, 2026

Who you are dealing with

Hazel Hill sells printable curriculum, unit studies and Bible study resources as digital downloads. Buying anything here, or creating an account, means you accept these terms. If you don’t, please don’t use the store.

Questions about any of this go to hello@example.com.

What you get

Everything sold here is a digital file. Nothing is posted to you. After a successful purchase the files appear in your library straight away and stay there — you can download them again whenever you need to.

Previews shown on the site are watermarked and reduced. The files you download are clean and full resolution.

How you may use it

Unless a product says otherwise, a purchase covers one household or one teacher:

  • Print as many copies as the children you teach need, as often as you like.
  • Use it at home, in your own classroom, or with your own tutoring students.
  • Keep your copies after a membership ends, for anything you bought outright.

What it doesn’t cover:

  • Reselling, giving away or sharing the files, including in a co-op file share, a Facebook group or a shared drive.
  • Publishing the files or substantial parts of them anywhere public.
  • Using them to create a competing product, or claiming them as your own work.
  • Whole-school, co-op or district use — email us and we will sort out a license that fits.

Memberships

A membership unlocks everything at its tier for as long as it is active. It renews automatically at the price and interval shown when you signed up, until you cancel.

  • Cancel any time from Plan & billing. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • Some plans include a download allowance per period; it is shown on the plan and on your account.
  • Anything you bought outright stays yours after a membership ends. Items you only ever had through a membership do not.
  • If prices change, we will tell you before the change reaches your renewal.

Refunds

Digital files are delivered the moment you pay, so there is nothing to return. Even so, if a file is broken, isn’t what the page described, or you bought it twice by mistake, email us within 14 days and we will put it right or refund it.

Refunding a purchase removes your access to what it covered. Membership payments already taken for a period you have used are not refunded, but you can cancel to stop the next one.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has got into it.

We may suspend or close an account that is redistributing files, charging back in bad faith, or trying to break the site. Where that happens because of a genuine misunderstanding, talk to us first — we would rather fix it.

The catalog changes

Products are added, updated and sometimes retired. A retired product stays in the library of everyone who bought it. Prices and plan contents can change for future purchases.

The boring part

The resources are sold as they are. They are teaching materials, not advice, and we can’t promise a particular educational outcome. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the item in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of your state. If we change them, the date at the top of this page changes with them; carrying on using the store means the new version applies.
